1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Gates of Galloria ecosystem, including any games, websites, applications, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Services.
These terms apply to all users of our Services, including players, visitors, and subscribers to our Nexus Pass system.
2. Gaming Services & Ecosystem
Gates of Galloria operates a gaming ecosystem that includes multiple games such as Starlight Armada, NFTD, and Retro NFTD.
Our Services may include free-to-play games, subscription-based features, and digital asset collection systems.
Game availability, features, and content may vary and are subject to change without notice.
2.1 Game Access
Some games may be freely accessible while others may require account registration or subscription.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game or service at any time.
Your access to games may be restricted based on geographic location or other factors.
2.2 User Accounts
Account creation may be required for certain features and is currently integrated with Discord OAuth.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3. Magic & $HOPIA Token System
The Gates of Galloria ecosystem features a Magic collection system and $HOPIA game token.
Magic is earned through gameplay and can be converted to $HOPIA allowance on a daily basis.
IMPORTANT: $HOPIA is purely a game token designed exclusively for use within the Gates of Galloria ecosystem. Any activities involving $HOPIA outside of our ecosystem are at the sole discretion of the user, and Gates of Galloria assumes no liability for such activities.
3.1 Magic Collection
Magic can be earned through various gameplay activities within our games.
Magic earning requires an active Nexus Pass subscription.
Magic balances and earning rates may be adjusted for game balance purposes.
Magic is consumed when converted to $HOPIA allowance and cannot be recovered.
3.2 $HOPIA Game Token
$HOPIA is a digital game token with no monetary value outside the Gates of Galloria ecosystem.
$HOPIA can only be minted from your daily $HOPIA allowance, which is generated from Magic conversion.
Users may mint partial amounts from their allowance and are not required to mint the full amount.
$HOPIA is intended solely for in-ecosystem transactions and gameplay features.
Gates of Galloria makes no representations about the value, utility, or exchangeability of $HOPIA outside our ecosystem.
Any trading, selling, or other activities involving $HOPIA outside our official channels are undertaken at your own risk and liability.
4. Nexus Pass & Subscriptions
The Nexus Pass is our subscription service that enables Magic earning and progress tracking.
Subscription plans may include weekly, monthly, or yearly options.
Free play is available for all games, but Magic earning requires an active Nexus Pass.
4.1 Subscription Terms
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.
Subscription benefits are only active during the subscription period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and benefits with notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, games, graphics, user interfaces, and other materials are owned by Gates of Galloria or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it within our Services.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gates of Galloria provides Services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services in the past 12 months.
We are not responsible for activities involving $HOPIA outside our ecosystem.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through our Services or official channels.
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
